What a pleasant experience from the time I walked in the office till the moment I left. The staff were efficient, on point and friendly as was Dr Hughes During my time with him he was very thorough. He explained everything to my satisfaction and allowed me all the time I needed. I would most certainly recommend the Tidewater Medical team

Dr Hughes is the kind of dr we all need ! Listened to our concerns and addressed them all !! Ordered test that were necessary to get the results we needed ! How calming he is to put us at ease !! Does not rush at all and gives you all his attention!! The whole staff are very attentive . 10 stars for him

This was my first visit to this practice and Dr. Kelly. I was impressed with the comprehensiveness of the initial visit paperwork and the interview conducted by Dr. Kelly. I am pleased that my primary care physician made this referral.

I find it difficult to get a response from a call that is redirected to the office staff. It seems I go to never, never land. No return call and it seems to go to a dumpster. If I go to the office when calls are not returned, I’m giving good guidance. I just never seem to be able to talk to a person when calling. Very annoying.

Dr Kelly listened to my description as to what had been happening to me. During the exam he had me try to accomplish a few activities. He then described what is causing my tremors. He discussed how to proceed. He did not recommend medicine at this time but told me if the tremors start to make life difficult he would go over medication with me. I appreciated that he described what essential tremors are. He said that medicine would stop them but not cure them. He also mentioned that if or when I needed to start taking medicine the tremors would stop as long as I stayed on the medicine.

Dr. Bolen is thorough. I truly appreciate how he listened and offered me the best treatment(s) for my migraines. Botox has changed my life for the better! I am beyond grateful.
