Dr. Hughes, Erin and the office staff were all professional, courteous and took great care of me. Erin took the time to listen to my concerns and briefed Dr Hughes before he came in. Dr. Hughes really listened to me as well and made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and alleviated my fears with caring honest answers. One of the best doctors I have ever seen. We drove 2 hours from Conway to Mt. Pleasant for the appt and I’d definitely do it again.

I am happy with Dr. Bolen, which is the main thing.
But... the forms I had to fill-out as a new patient were very frustrating. They were emailed to me as a PDF, so I assumed I would just fill them in online ; instead, the PDF was a bad scan of the original forms which I had to print (13 pages!) and fill-in manually. It also contained a ton of redundant information (it asked for my SS# four times, my birth date three times, etc.)
It would be much nicer to get a link to a secure web page where the form could be filled-in and would grow or shrink depending on what answers are given. This could then be printed, or stored encrypted in the practice's database.
