Doctor Bolen was great. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
I do have some follow up issues though, and did not receive a response to my messages yet, so I thought to send a message in the portal, but the verification number never came so we could not sign in. There's no email, so I am writing here. I got a call from American imaging and made the appointment for the MRI. Then St Frances Roper Hospital called to make the appointment for an MRI also. Please someone call me to explain where you want me to do the MRI? Can I do it at American Imaging or must I cancel? Then I called your office a couple of times to explain that my mom doesn't drive. I was contacted by a PT place that does not offer in home care, and we request in home care from someone such as Amedisys 843-553-1263. Can someone please help me with that? Prompt service with appointments. Appreciate conversations with Dr. Hughes concerning medical condition,(patience, ongoing condition with little change). Greatest area of convenience..having appointments scheduled in Goose Creek office when possible, instead of Mt. Pleasant.
